DOMESTIC

Domestic orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail free of charge. This shipping option does not include insurance. Winden is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. If you would like to have your package insured please choose the $15 "USPS 2day Priority Insured" option at check out.  All pieces are made to order unless otherwise noted, Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be processed, crafted, and shipped. For more specific information regarding when your piece will be shipped, please refer to the piece's product description or email info@windenjewelry.com. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL 

All international orders are shipped using USPS International First Class Mail for a $20 flat rate. This shipping option does not include insurance. Winden is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. If you would like to have your package insured please choose the $40 "USPS Priority International Insured" option at check out. All pieces are made to order unless otherwise noted, Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your order to be processed, crafted, and shipped. For more specific information regarding when your jewelry will be shipped, please refer to the piece's product description and add an extra 2 weeks to the delivery time stated on that page. You can also email info@windenjewelry.com to find out more specific information regarding the shipping time of your order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

Returns

DOMESTIC

Most of our pieces are made to order, please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, your unworn jewelry in it's original undamaged packaging can be returned or exchanged up to 7 days after the date that you received the item. Please email info@windenjewelry.com for our return address and specific instructions regarding returns with RETURN as the subject line. Please allow us 2 weeks from the date that we received your item to process your return or exchange. If you used our free shipping option and would like to receive a refund for your return, a $5 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. If you chose our $15 shipping option, a $15 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Please package your returns in a padded mailer or box. Winden will not be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Repairs

Our jewelry is made with great care out of the best materials but it isn't indestructible. If your Winden piece needs repair (don't worry, it happens to the best of us!) please email info@windenjewelry.com with the subject line REPAIR. We can take care of some repairs free of charge, but if your item needs a significant amount of new material (such as a replacement chain) the repair will be subject to a material cost charge.
